Serious -- you're not impressed that he can pull off both Draper/Whitman and a Mexican sax player?

I watched from the news on. The Hamm & Buble skit was ok, but what's up with that fat guy playing Snookie from JS, is he just an Artie Lange rip off?

The Sergio Digital Short was ridiculous.

I actually laughed at most of the weekend update jokes too...am I getting old?

I feel like other than the Sergio skit, they really typecasted Jon Hamm as a "suit" a la Don Draper...

weekend update is always funny IMO, and everything else is garbage other than andy samberg's digital shorts.

I thought the scott brown bit was pretty funny though.

Barney Frank fantasizing about Brown was pretty funny.

Don't you mean Dick Whitman?

Saw some of it. Most the writing was still poor and none and very few of the cast members are remotely entertaining. Hamm however did a great job i thought. He does well in comedy roles it seems considering this and his few episodes on 30Rock

sergio skit was great... the rest was kind of bleh IMO.

Didn't think the Sergio skit was that great, but any time you have a sexy sax man covered in birthing fluids, you're bound to have a couple lulz.

Overall, Hamm's a great host. The writing isn't altogether brilliant, but his performance delivers. I can see him being a recurring host a la Alec Baldwin & Christopher Walken down the road.
