workout music suggestions? - Page 2

My playlist for the gym or running is usually just a random selection of stuff like LCD Soundsystem, Daft Punk, Justice, Dan Deacon, CSS, Girl Talk and the like. Occasionally I'll throw in a few old Afrika Bambaataa, Public Enemy, Dan the Automator, Blur, or Del the Funkee Homosapian.

And then there are always a few random songs that I add in that have caught my attention somewhere... I must admit, I ran many miles last summer while listening to that Black Eyed Peas song about a great weekend.

I have experiences this that when ever we use to listen fast and rock music during work out then it gives us more strength and energy to do a heavy weight lifting and a tough job.So i will suggest you to listen fast music.

The Belleville Three: Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson, and Derick May. I'll throw in some old-school acid house into the mix.
