That coat looks a little overdone. Never noticed that about the Duke's suits, LabelKing, I thought they were simply a 4x1. I wonder if this will come back in style anytime soon like the 2.5 and 3-roll-2 suits.

Astaire was also fond of the rolled, in this case a 6x2 rolled.

@ Manton, thanks again for your answer. Surely, I meant raising the upper two non-functional buttons without disturbing the balance. As for adding the two buttons to a 4x2, i know that it is possible to add two more buttons. But is there any book or other source where guidelines for distances of buttons, position of pockets, width of lapels etc can be found?
