how do you rock 'em jeans? : Fit Pics & Description - Page 24

bunch of pics of some recent acquisitions in the past few months. sorry for the pic dump. also several of these pairs are thanks to whatever123, who's been feeding my addiction, so serious props to him. 6' tall, 190 lbs, I'm usually a sz 34 in most brands, but I think I'm getting towards a 33. also I think I'm completely at denim saturation if that's not already obvious. comments appreciated. Samurai s710xx sz 33 (size down 1) Skull 5010 black sz 36 (size UP 2!) yeah, these were a trade, and I don't have much black denim, and these are nice in a relaxed fit way. Warehouse 660 sz 32 (size down 2) Momotaro 705 sz 34 (tts) picked up an awesome faded pair of KMW Rockers sz 33 from aether (traded out my sz 34 pair) another acquisition from the trading burst was a pair of Flat Head 1001 sz 33 Flat Head 310 sz 34 also, updated pic of my Flat Head BSP (sz 34, tts) had them hemmed at Blue Owl and they did an amazing job. much better now

thanks w123, and El Arg, I agree with you, I've got serious denim ADHD, but now I'm happy enough with what I've got that I can actually put some wear into the pairs I have. notice how almost every pair is basically new? my goal this year is to put wear into all these pairs.

you can put ~ 45 days or wear on each if worn evenly for a year. it will take you several years (like 3-4) to damage 8 pairs. ysb needs to give a full report in 2015

you're going to get overloaded & denim weary if you do all simultaneously. you'll get angsty & will end up pre-maturely wash a couple of them, just to thin the herd.

imo, schedule/spread your rotation throughout the year. mix it up a bit__ ie, a couple of fast-faders with some slower ones, so you'd have a couple of more broken in pairs by "wash" time. the 710s & 1001s can wait til weather gets colder in the fall.

it's a mid-sized wallet + leather rein , but i don't know exactly what its called. there's a few peeps that sell them @the forums. ie, Scott a.k.a. Unlucky [who made mine], HallowsLeather, Corter, Obbigood, etc. send them pm to inquire.

I'm trying to do exactly that. I'm wearing the 710's until the weather gets hot and then going to switch up. Definitely want to start wearing those momo's more.

dunno if this is the correct thread for critiques.... if not, i would appreciate any direction to the right thread KMW 1980s 28 waist hemmed to a 30 length. Just recently picked these up from Context. Excellent jeans, however, I am having a time getting used to the back pockets.....dunno if I am gonna hold on to these or not. I like the fit and they are great denim....but....those back pockets may just not be my speed. Any opinions?.... likely gonna put these up on the B&S forum later tonight....
