You can buy different kinds of braces/supports and the like. Inexpensive on ebay, you can wear them at work etc..

I think doing lots of pullups helped my posture. Deadlifts definitely helped.

just today i was thinking about this..

walk around with your gut sucked in - and chest out like someone mentioned.
you feel it in your core, and if you always remind yourself to walk/sit like that it'll become natural yea
