2400 ft2, as a single man I think I need to downsize. Once (if) the real estate market comes back I will sell and move into something smaller.

In seriousness, my Manhattan pad is small, probably 1000 sq ft. Country house is big, around 15,000 sq ft. Eventually will get a bigger place in the city.
