Cutting limes after a few, oh yeah. Haven't severed anything yet, fortunately.

Cutting limes with a very sharp chefs knife, blade slipped off straight onto my index finger tip. Took about twenty minutes with ice to stop the bleeding. Nice scar.

Repeated the exercise on the same finger about two weeks later.
I now have small serrated knife for limes...
