Benched = max set of 12x375 (last few reps form was weak) Bicep Curl (using standing DBs) = max set of 14x85 (each DB, that is) You?

Not bad. I gave up bench exercises due to shoulder problems in high school Can still do curls, but if I do them as a normal routine I get pinched nerves for some reason.

Not to make excuses but I haven't been training much more then a year. I'm hoping I won'y have to take steroids this soon. I'd assume you and your (possibly nonexistant) sister have been liofting much longer. Any advice on getting a bigger bench.
