I bet they would look better once you had some jeans covering the laces and light colored tongue. Kind of a strange mix though.

Presumably these are aimed at the same people who buy brouged sneakers.

Ugly toe, weird double stitching, ugly laces... Yep I'd have to agree these shoes are both bad and ass.

Considering Diemme's line appeals to folks who like an urban hiking boot, the company figured another set of boots would appeal to folks who like the look of wingtip dress shoes in a boot.

 

Call it a wingtip dress boot. I can see them worn on an evening at business function or formal party and no one will notice they're boots! But I agree they look out of place in a casual setting.

 

Its not easy to carry that look off.
