Disagreeing, mostly. Like I said, it depends on a lot of factors, but muscle mass will generally be lost in two weeks. This isn't measureable with NO excretion since it doesn't indicate the source of the protein being excreted, so toss out all the studies that use NO as a factor because they're premised on a flawed model (e.g. eating 300g of protein compared to 100g will increase NO excretion despite no net change in skeletal muscle).
