Zaitinya is loud, but I never found the upstairs area loud in Atlantico, and no where near as loud as the Bazaar -- The Bazaar is loud from house music and people yelling over it, not just from chatty diners. And Minibar's molgas is a main attraction of the Bazaar, with touches of nicely prepared tapas as found at Atlantico or Jaleo, hence the rec of just going to DC and trying all his restaurants.

The only one Ive even heard of on that list, let alone visit, was Spago.

My rich aunt comes to LA about once a year and takes me out and weve been there a few times. Always a nice treat. Food is amazing and the service is exceptional. Best meal Ive ever had.... but take that with a grain of salt, I went to IHOP for lunch today

Spago is great, classic Los Angeles. Urasawa is good. Not fantastic, but I enjoyed it. What type of food are you looking for?
