dammit, this just got harder. I did so well today too. Salad sandwich lunch. Grilled pork chop on rice for dinner. Snacked on fruit. Drank only water and one glass of herbal tea. I did so well....but....dammit, this just got harder. Tomorrow night - close friend's birthday, dinner then clubbing. I can't miss it....one of the inner circle. Shit. Will be very hard to not drink. Very hard. At least I can go to boxing first I guess. Thursday night - my company is doing the launch of a new bar and restaurant. I've been roped into MCing it. Very hard to not drink at the opening of a cocktail lounge, very hard to eat healthy at the opening of a fine dining Chinese place, esp when it is your client AND it clashes with boxing, can't go. Then it is the birthday of another mate, held in an expat bar. Not one of my besties, but my absence would be conspicuous. Argh.

^^ falling off the wagon is fine here and there: it sets you back a bit, but you can work around it. Around the holidays I ran a lot in the early a.m. before anything else got started. Actually, all of my running is before dawn now that I think of it. Put it first, and you're good for the rest of the day...within reason.

damn dude 5'5" over 300lbs? Im 5'5" and the heaviest Ive ever been after years of no exercise and eating whatever I please is 165. And I eat a lot of rich food: cheese by the lbs, wine, bread, chocolate, cake, pasta, etc;

no that even losing 30 lbs for me was really hard I can't imagine losing what he lost...Nice try though.
