I'm in the same boat as you, m@t. After last night's drinking, and a huge ass bowl of pho this afternoon, even my "fat pants" are starting to feel tight.

I can't quit rice, beer, and whiskey for the next few weeks, but I'll definitely try to cut back and work out more. My goal is to reduce my waist size by 2" by end of next month, to a more manageable 31".
