last night - had fish. I don't really know how to descibe the way they served it, basically a shallow hotpot style I guess...me haz helfy. Ran out of Cornflakes so skipped breakfast. Lunch was bun thit nuong. Drank only water.... Missed exercise a bit too often...slept like crap overnight Tuesday, woke up late and didn't run Wed morning. Met girly after work, so didn't workout. Girly meet didn't end til this morning, so no morning run. Boss in town today, so will presumably do dinner with him, which means no boxing tonight either. Gonna have to get up early tomorrow to put some miles in.

only read the 1st post and have to laugh unless you're a midget or you have no muscle - like 95% of the people who post in the what are you wearing today threads - then 80 kilos is fine. in your case - given that you post in SF - you should probably obsess about a lack of muscle on your frame rather than worry about a miniscule amount of blubber. you guys are worse than girls.

Continuing the updates... Had a splitting headache last night, so skipped out on boss dinner, came home and went to sleep at 7. The Guard Dog woke me rummaging around in my room for takeout menus, I asked her to order me something...didn't care what, just something...she knows me pretty well and chose lasagne. Not great for my health kick, and it was very cheesy too, but ate it cos I was hungry as hell and went back and slept for another 10 hours. Probably the worst thing I have eaten in two weeks. Ran my 5k this morning. 24 minutes. New record. I have a breakfast meeting with my boss and his client at 9 this morning, going to Zanzbar, which does an awesome greasy ass breakfast, but I will settle for the Swiss breakfast (muesli and fruit) and juice and coffee. Dinner tonight may be a little tricky to be healthy with. As posted regularly, I have OFF (One Female Friend)...she's an Indian girl, and there is some prominent Indian chef in town at the moment playing guest chef at a restaurant here. Me and her have had a bit of a falling out, so she's taking me there for a work-it-out dinner....hard to eat healthy, and hard to refuse her on it...

Nah, my frame is basically athletic. Solid and lightly muscular. I should be a 33 inch waist, but am now like a 35. I have a genetic predisposition toward a beer gut and a social predisposition toward beer...and that had gotten well out of hand, leaving me with this flabby front that I have to beat off. I was lugging around six extra kilo, all in the gut, and it looked fucking awful It is visibly diminishing at the moment - people have commented actually - but as for the overall muscularity of my frame, it could be better, but it's not something I am particularly concerned with.

The hottest chick in my highschool class just added me on Facebook.

She is a fucking whale now. Completely unrecognisable from my spank bank of years gone by.

Jesus. The years have not been kind. She would be 33 now, same as me, she has gotten married, and turned into fucking Free Willy. Except at that weight, I really doubt she can jump.

Nice to know that after lusting after her in my formative years, and even a few kilo overweight like I am now, I am completely out of her fucking league.

Bullet dodged here. Turns out the dude was just contributing to the buffet, we went there, and there were like 4 dishes. OFF is vegetarian, so only one thing she could eat, and $35 per head is a lot to pay for some fucking lentils. We went to Zanzbar instead, and I had fish served on vegetables.

Water all day. Did the Swiss breakfast as per previous post. That meeting dragged a bit, and was full enough from that to not really need lunch.

Ran this morning as noted earlier, went to the gym before dinner. Gym owner had me doing some different stuff...didn't kick my ass as bad as he did the other day, but certainly made sure I felt it.

Day = Success.

That said, I am home at 9.30 on a Friday night, and my phone is filled with insults from my friends ("dude, Im taking your man card back";"ok, that's it, youre gay";"aww come on";"man up, nancy";"you fucking pussy";"i used to have a friend named matt";"oh how the mighty have fallen")...but it's only cos they love me

Actually, how's this for a strange inversion? An ex-gf friended me on FB, and she's lost weight since we dated. Strangely, I prefer her 'fuller' look.

so far ate only a bowl of muesli with fruit and yogurt today. Dose party tonight will be my first night out in a while, I'm not drinking and prepared to vanish on my friends if they try and push me into it (they will). We are doing pre-Dose dinner at a place called Rockit...they reputedly have great burgers but I'll abstain...some kinda fish I guess. It's kinda dark (abt 1830) and I am debating my run...parts of the circuit are unlit, and with the dicey ass surfaces, that's a great way to bust an ankle, and with the traffic that is Saigon, it's a great way to get myself run over....I may attempt it but be super careful, or just walk it.... edit - fuck it, ran it anyhow. 25 minutes.

Saturday night - grilled chicken sandwich. Followed that with ecstacy, which gave me a good excuse to dance my ass off and drink water all night. Sunday - late breakfast was an omelet. Dinner was dim sum...not exactly healthy, but I didn't eat anything too bad for me. Exercise-wise, I have been dating a new girl. Other than the omelet run at about 1 pm, we barely left the bed yesterday....that counts, right?

Between those two dancing activities, you've probably cleared 5,000 calories. Wash, rinse, repeat and you'll be where you want to be in no time.
