Just had ass kicked at the gym by the owner and three personal trainers who were standing around bored. Damn that hurt.

This summarizes your personality more completely than you likely realize.

ps - as a fatty you won't really have a grasp of how far 'sex drive' can go

uh huh. A 'fatty' oversells it kiddo. I've dropped 2 kilo in just over a week, I am 5'10 and 78 kilo. Hardly a 'fatty' by any stretch.

ok update... yesterday I bought a new toaster...therefore dinner was toast. With Vegemite. And it was great. God I miss the simple things sometimes. Ran my 5km this morning, 25 minutes again, so I am continually improving (I ran it in 25 on Saturday, but that was early evening when it was cool and with some carbs in me...at 8 am however it was like 35 degrees and 80 percent humidity on an empty stomach...it's an improvement). Breakfast of Cornflakes again. Other than morning coffee, still drinking only water.

Mat, whats with the cornflakes? Do you not have access to a stove of any sort? I'd much rather have a couple of eggs than a bowl of cornflakes. Also, the additional protien would probably be good for ya.

I have breakfast in the office, so nah, no can do...and actually other than omelets, I don't eat eggs. They don't sit well with me. Typically however, I skip breakfast....adding breakfast to my day is part of my new commitment to be a Model Of Clean Living (for 2.5 weeks).

Plus I figure a bit of extra fibre is good for me, especially as I am almost inevitably carb heavy with my diet here - as noted above. Western here = greasy, local = carb loaded. It's really hard to duck, so i figure that I had better make sure that the pipes are working as they should to avoid excessive stockpiling.

Just when I was starting to think Australians are normal, you conveniently remind me why this is not the case. Edit: Neo beat me to it.

had a mango juice at a business meeting in a coffee shop, otherwise, water all day. Roast pork sandwich for lunch. Baked beans on toast for dinner. Boxing class tonight, so that was about 10 minutes of rope, 9 minutes of shadow sparring, about eight rounds (so 24 minutes) of sparring with people at varying levels, ranging from a couple of beginners to a couple of people handing my ass to me. Got one round on the mitts and one on the bag in there as well. Anyway, really great exercise. Today = success. Friends texting me from a kinda-girly bar called Ginger threatening to never speak with me again and calling me a "Clean living homo" (since when did homos live clean?)...but anyhow I am holding strong and enjoying the company of my new watch.
