Matt beats his ass for two and a half weeks

Fuck! I am 80.4 kilos!!! Fuuuuck. Damn Christmas. Damn New Years. Damn Indonesia. Damn Cambodia. Damn beer. Damn marijuana-spiked-happy-pizza-induced munchies. Damn 24 hour minimart near my house. They have conspired against me. Bastards. Damn. I should be like 73. Weighed myself this morning...eightpointfuckingfour. OK. No drinking this week (ppl already disputing that on my Facebook status). I will attempt to not eat crap. I will abandon soda and drink only water. I will work out every day until Japan. I will beat this. Two and a half weeks....

I will reiterate what I have already said: I do not believe this can/will happen. On the alcohol front, at least. I assume you can eat pretty healthfully.

oh ya - Ive already started...I am gonna log it here so I can't cheat, and will use only the scales at my gym for consistency's sake. This morning - 3 rounds jump rope, 3 rounds heavy bag, my standard three machine increasing weights workout thing (pull downs, bench press, leg press). Swam a couple laps at the end to cool down.

actually that's not as easy as you'd think. If i eat local - shitload of carbs (ie tons of noodles, not much else, tons of rice, not much else). If I eat western, it tends to be greasy. I will find a way.

Better head to a grocery store and cook your own meals then. But if I had access to the street food that you do (as evidenced by your street food week pics), it would be ridiculously difficult since the whole time I was .
