that's intense.

do you pushup with any device or just palms on the floor?

they say palms on floor is bad for the wrist so that's why I'm asking.

I have the Perfect Pushup device.

I've tried that "perfect pushup" thing but I don't have one

I normally do them on a mat, but today was mostly on the pavement

During boxing class I normally do them on fists/knuckles since I have my hands wrapped (makes it difficult on the wrists to bend)

No. The 100 is an estimate since the "man makers" were on a timed routine as part of a circuit.

10 alternate one arm pullups. 0 pushups. Haven't been training much for a month, bar the occasional OAPs. Sigh.

36, and they were wimpy rushed ones too. All I could fit in before class.

I stopped doing pull-ups when I gained more muscle, it made them too hard becasue of the weight A month ago I could do 20 reps in 1 set. Now I doubt I could do more than 15-16.

I did 100 pushups this morning, 4 sets of 25. I hired a trainer Oct and pushups seem to be one of the latest exercise kicks of his. No pull ups yet.

40 pullups (3 sets of max)
around 100 pushups (around 6 sets, if I remember correctly)

Of course this was just the first 25 mins of my workout. :ITG:

Did tht thing from T-nation where you stand up, drop and do 1 push-up, stand up, do 2, etc all the way to 10. I managed to do it faster then my sister. I lift but haven't done push ups in months.
