Hey, I'm intending to get my hair cut soon. 
Here is the haircut I want: 
I know that's way better take the pic to the hairdresser - and I will - , but I'd like to know from you guys how that haircut is done. I already tried to leave the cut for hairdesser's own way once (even with a picture as example), and the result was not good. And, there's not so much good hairdressers around here, so, I'll have to deal with the ones here. If anyone could tell me the instructions I should give, would be very helpful. It has been a long time since I'm trying to get a nice haircut, unsucessfuly. Thanks!
