I'm spending too much time in the kitchen since i've been done work. I need to focus on other things. Any suggestions for actual cookbooks? i know assorted quick light recipes, but i'm looking to branch out. The focus is on healthy food.

I ordered Cooks Illustrated "The Best Light Recipe." It's available on their website. I don't have it yet, but I expect it to be better than most. The book SField is referring to seems to be out of print and the only copies are over $200.

Geek, I know you like the complicated recipes, but have you looked at Rozanne Gold's Cooking 1-2-3? It's full of incredibly simple but good recipes.
