You live in one of the top 5 most impoverished cities, i'm sure you know all about the benefits of gov't. Lol @ conspiracy theories, I only bother with fact and history. A color wheel, wow how clever of you, too bad the schemes are based on a color pallet based on a culture. Makes the color wheel a bit irrelevant. I am very finicky about color matching, maybe your monitor is distorting the true colors or something.
