Bumping this thread. Norm's Sports Show on Comedy Central is hilarious.

On why athletes tend to date/marry reality stars:

[in norm voice]
"so, why do they hookup? Perhaps it's their similar backgrounds. For example, Lamar Odom was born in Queens, with a heroin addict for a dad, bounced around from home to home, spent thousands of hours sweating in the gym to finally beat the odds and become an NBA star.
