Is the least funny man alive. Watching him on Bob Saget's Roast was painful. He's like your elderly uncle that rolls out painfully unfunny jokes that you have to chuckle at to pity him. Except Norm reads them off of notes.
Just because that's it's schtick doesn't make it funny.

But then again, comedy is fairly subjective. To each his own.

yeah, that's part of the shtick and you either love him or hate him. I think he is funny and he is great off the cuff. I've mentioned his Bob Dole/Liddy Dole impersonations and I remember an old Conan appearance, he was there with some broad that was starring in a Carrot Top movie, he was relentlessly making fun of her and the movie, had Conan in stitches. Finally as the interview is ending, Conan asks the actress to tell everyone the name of the movie, she says "Chairman of the Board", he quips at Norm, "there, you idiot, try making fun of that", Norm nonchalantly replies, "Is Board spelled B O R E D". Conan and the actress lost it. Sounds stupid, but in the context on the interview it was just brilliant.
