Bod Pod Body Composition Testing

Anybody ever had their Body Fat % testing using one of these machines? I'm getting mine done tomorrow and am curious as to what to expect.

No, although I'd be interested in knowing my bf%. Where are you having this testing done?

from what I know they are very accurate, unless you are a collegian or professional athelete, i dont think its necessary, calipurs can get you pretty close if you just want to know your bf%. it takes below 9% bodyfat for a 6 pack abs to start to show and 6% or lower for it to be really defined.

Yes. Be sure the person conducting the test is properly trained and understands he calibration procedures ect to get a good reading. The person conducting the test should tell you how to prepare ahead of time. You'll likely need to wear bare minimal clothing (IE underwear) that is synthetic stretchy material. There's nothing that extroadinary about the test, other than just getting quite reliable body fat percentage readings (about +- 2%) if properly done. wmmk would likely be good enough getting a BF reading with BIA. But it may underestimate BF slighly because of what I assume your very lean build..
