His website really helped me out when I first started. He talks like a massive flamer, so his vids are hilarious. He is apparently natural.

His voice really soothes me for some reason. I leave his vids on when I am cooking dinner or whatever for that reason.

solid advice. although i didn't like his shpiel on heart rate zone for burning fat. it's not the percentage of fat you should look for, but the total amount unless you're doing cardio for hours on end
