Hey guys my girlfriend and I decided to lose weight together, so we need a list of exercises and foods we can eat.

Me: 6'8" 387lbs. looking to get down to maybe 376. Healthy, but can't swim because I've been banned from all the local pools. I have a digestive disorder that causes me to accidentally defecate from time to time, but otherwise I'm open to everything besides veggies.
Her: 5'2" 130lbs. Recently got in a car wreck and is in a full body cast for the next six months. Vegetarian.

Also, what haircut should we get?

just wanted to say hi to everyone, but I didn't want to start a new thread =)

Been at the other SF for a long time, and have been gravitating to a more styleforum-style over the last little while.
