It's becoming a problem. I am constantly warm and I sweat- often in weird places like my legs- even when everyone else is cold. What the hell can I do about this?

Not really. I have some asthmatic type symptoms sometimes, but otherwise no.

How old are you? When I was like 21 I started sweating in weird places I hadn't before- like my chest, behind the legs, lots of back sweat, etc. Most Americans have such poor circulation because they're obese and don't exercise, that they're always cold and make offices too hot... is that all it is?

I'm 29. It's mostly on my legs. Calves, feet, etc.

I have noticed that I have started to sweat more since I've been getting better at going to the gym. My guess is that it in my case is the metabolic process which rises body temp. Anyways, sweating is a causal effect of either increased body temp or emotional distress. So - mid-life crisis?

I'd see a doctor to make sure everything is okay. Sweating could be a sign of a serious illness.

Have you gained or lost a significant amount of weight recently? Any changes in diet or lifestyle?

You might want to get your thyroid checked.

I'm always hot, always sweaty, hate damn summer because I sweat all the time. I attribute it to the fact that I'm pretty active and eat a lot of protein.
