Yes! I was recently introduced to them over winter break or something while I was at home. They were quite delicious as well, not quite as tart as the braeburns. I think they're somewhat harder to find, though.

I enjoy the fruit that is available locally (farm within 5 minutes drive) when in season. These include blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries.

I also like mangoes (Phillipine style - less fibrous material), papayas, lychees, longans, watermelon, honeydews, cantaloupes, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums and figs.

yes i dare say that philippine mangoes, we call it carabao mangoes specially coming from 2 certain regions here, are the best in the world barnone. right now the philippines are in a tiff with mexico because some mexican companies are exporting their mangoes to north america as "manila mango" variations.
