Is there any (effective) difference between protein shakes? - Page 4

Any opinions on using protein in a morning shake? I've been thinking about something like a Strawberry Banana smoothie (frozen berries, fresh banana), protein (whey or blend with casein), flaxseed or psyllium husk - blend it the night before, just grab it on the way out the door.

Other meals I'm happy with a meat+salad/veg lifestyle, but mornings kill me. I never have time to cook eggs in the morning, and boiled eggs for breakfast turns my stomach a bit.

I use frozen berries, flax seed, some green shit, ginger, tumaric and cinemon - I mix the dry stuff in a bottle the night before, then in the morning mix that, juice, soy milk and protien powder

My breakfast shake consists of:

Weetbix
Honey
Peanut butter
Whey protein
banana
MILK
