Putting together my new Borrelli cashmere seven fold tie with my plain Jane ModernTailor shirt.
Jacket is Isaia.

I don't like the collars of the three shirts I have from them. With or without collar stays, they look and feel odd despite ironing.

Was the picture taken by yourself?
I tried this jumping/hopping trick once. It was hard to accomplish 'cuz you've gotta have a great sense of timing.
