Per your suggestions I tried the four-in-hand today. Let me know if I tied it right, it looks a little weird to me but maybe I'm just not used to asymmetrical knots.

I liked this combo... After work I stopped at a bar where I was told I looked like a young Mr. Rogers "in a good way"

Shirt and sweater are more Banana, tie is another Tommy Hilfiger

The four-in-hand is great with a casual look...but don't let yourself be scared off of a Windsor. The only issue with the one yesterday (IMHO) was that the collar did not have quite wide enough a spread to hold the large, wide knot.

^^You got a cool look Baron. You should be an actor, assuming you can act, but these days, that's not even a prerequisite.

I hope Baron will start posting everyday in '10 as sort of a populist replacement to counter the loss of PG.

I dig this. The tie knot and dimple needs work however.
