Oh Rob, what a sc...and what a fail on the ps / tie / shirt match The shiny tie doesn´t fit the sc and the ps is totally off balance. I suggest going for a woolen tie and a matching ps. (No offense here!) But, alas, what do i know...

Upr or Crusty are both fine, though I know that the convention here is to be known by whatever name to which one is referred on FNB, which I believe is Crusty (not that I'm interested in reading that bile - normally . . . .).

The PS was mismatched on purpose - niidawg kept complaining that my ties and PS were too matchy-matchy, so I purposely mismatched today. Ya can't keep everyone satisfied . . .

wow, that camera on the ipad2 really IS low resolution (I still lust after one, but too many dealbreakers like the low rez camera keep me from pulling the trigger)

2) I understood that you were trying to mix up the PS/tie combo, and I was endorsing today's combo. Upon re-reading, I can see how you misunderstood...

1). Film Noir Buff - a coven of trolls whose existence depends upon AAAC and SF as material for their bilious commentary.

2). Thanks for the endorsement, and yes, I did misread it.

Like the suit, love the tie, but I think that a plain white shirt would have been better - it would have let the tie do the talking, The stripes in the shirt were too close in color to that of the tie overall, IMHO.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing after I put it on. I wanted to wear the shirt today, and I wanted to try the tie as well. But one should have probably been solid. Of course, you are literally on top of the shirt in this pic. From even a moderate distance, the stripes are far less apparent.
