HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part II - Page 2394

I like the top pic. The blue shirt is much better than the pale blue from the day before. The shirt and the pocket square are also much better than when you wore it with the mix of colors and the loud yellow sweater shown in the spoiler: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
The green pants (below) might be too much green. Usually you want more contrast. Parker is an excellent example of this) I would wear medium grey, khaki twill wool pants or jeans. I really like the shoes with this outfit but would change the socks to coordinate with other pants.

Do you know the details on the pants in the 3rd and 9th pictures? They fit you amazing and I've been searching desperately for a good, comfortable, slim white pair of slacks....

Bunch of great fits though, man!

Just my thoughts. :^)

The rich textures and colors of the coat and shirt are picked up beautifully in this excellent photo. But, as is typical of your posts, it is the pocket square that steals the attention. Very dapper.

I'd want to see the SC against the cords, but I don't think there's a problem wearing green cords with a tweed SC that has some green in it - it's a pretty common on this side of the pond, but maybe we're easier with lots of green. I don't think the shirt needs to be a BD - fabric wise I can't really tell from the pic how much texture it's got - I'd say oxfords generally have enough, broadcloth generally doesn't. Colour of the shirt is fine.

I'm completely confused by the colours, but the textures look nice.

Eclectic? You bet. That is just how I roll.
Over and out.

Good to see you posting again - there's a lot of interesting fits in that lot. I prefer the less sportswear looks but I always enjoy your creativity.

Proving that I do pay attention to comments made in this thread, the suit I wore on March 4th, which was roundly condemned for a bad fit, and the same suit after alterations: Before: After: (color is more accurate in these photos as well)
^ The suit looks sooo much better now! In fact it's very nice.

+1 Well done Crusty. Great waist suppression.
Definite improvement with the waisting.

The PS looked fine at home, under artificial light, but it's clearly a mistake.

^ Thats true - but the suit looks like is great from what I can see. Wish there was a full length.

Swap the tie for a nice solid navy and the PS would be fine
