Thanks guys. Regarding the tie, I feel like I'm always wearing either my solid navy or one of my solid browns, just wanted to try something different and even though the red and blue contrast each other I felt they balanced OK with the colors of the jacket and weren't a total clash of patterns. The bag is a 256, its PERFECT for what I need. The Scholar I used to have was like a piece of luggage, sorry to disappoint TB. MoK, we can't all be Baggies (great result in the derby this weekend for you). I thought about the Neil Young version, but decided Bobby Manc last minute. BTW, been very much enjoying your posts over in SW&D...I don't post as much there but lurk quite a bit.

What type of knot is this? Looks like a four in hand but more refined? Thanks much, sorry for the ignorance.

Day Two of "Naked Came My Face" - still trying to get used to it.

Friday's suit was too loose and boxy (it's at the tailor's now, being adjusted - photos next week); yesterday's was by all accounts (including my own) too tight. Maybe today, the third try will be "just right" (certainly closer than the last two).

For your entertainment (or dissection - not that around here those two activities are mutually exclusive) . . .

[quote=flix;4208852]But could you or someone else please tell my, why the tie (has to?) do such a wave on your chest? Not only when sitting down, but also when standing?

This.

Spoo - fantastic.

PhatGuido - the first pic (lighting) doesn't do the fit justice...if #2 is closer to the true colors - love it.
