Quite handsome, John...
Want to like, but can't (lapels bowing weirdly):
^^ I love that watch, gonna get me one of those. What is wrong with shoes Ktown? Is the last too narrow for you? Is that Hampton last?
Nice, aj_del. Debut here?
+1 man, looking good.
aj_del,that looks great, one of the best I've seen on you. Actually, the best I've seen on you,you should get more of those Caruso suits if you can.
Beautiful suit, and major props for busting this out in India, during the summer. Damn!
... Your outfit looks good -- but I don't know how you are able to wear it in Delhi weather. Has it started cooling down, yet?
Weather in Delhi is super hot and humid with the monsoon season in full swing.
Very nice suit, the flannel looks great. Can't really make out whether the shirt is blue or white, blue would be much better imho. But with the patch pockets and the knit tie, why didn't you go with brown shoes?
^^ Thanks, shirt is blue, black shoes because
Can't understand the knit-tie like (everything else is nice):
All my ties are in storage. I recently bought this Venanzi knit on the B & S and it is the only tie available.
What is wrong with the tie?
There's nothing wrong with the tie so don't worry.
I'd prefer such ties @ winter. In fact I think the whole outfit looks wintery. It's nice and well balanced out though.
I would maybe pick a lighter coloured shoe, a monk, with this combination, besides.
Like IB above, I tend to associate knits more with autumn than summer. But more than that, I just don't like horizontally-striped ties*, and knits tend to have a preponderance of this pattern. I don't find them aesthetically pleasing to my eye. Solid knits, sure. Dotted knits, fine. But banded knits don't do it for me unless they're low-contrast (I seem to recall a muddy maroon band on muddy green that I quite liked).
I adjusted the colors a bit ... does the suit look like this in real life, aj_del?
Very nice. This has nothing to do with clothes, but you remind me of
Nice colors, Orgetorix. Understated but classy.
Like almost everything about this except the droopy (?fishmouth) notch.
Though I'm not sure what in the world makes you say that, either.
Don't know, the color of the suit looks closer to the real thing but the blue of the shirt is totally gone now. As it is, the pic was taken at EV+1 since it was coming out too dark otherwise.
