Others may wish to weigh in, but in my experience, once a shoulder pad is creased, I've never been able to get it out. Perhaps there are pressers/tailors out there that can (and won't destroy your jacket in the process); if so, I hope you find them. Perhaps one of our esteemed tailors can suggest a solution...?
