Not a master at assessing fit myself, but shortening the sleeves and suppressing the waist would seem to be in order here.

First post to this thread. I'll get some better pics next time and I realize that you can't see much on the fit of the jacket based on just this. Interested in hearing any critiques. After 11 years of casual dress code, I will now be putting on a tie every day. Thanks.
