^ I really like that suit but either your shirt sleeves are too long or your jacket sleeves are too short...or is it just the photo? Other than that I approve this look...FWIW

Thanks, PA. It's the shirt sleeves. It was the end of the day and I had the cuff buttons on my shirt undone.

Thanks, man. Do it. It's virtually the only collar I wear. I don't go for all that nonsense about face shape and proper collar. I just wear what I like.

Some rice and beans, a Malaysian dish, Some Polish gnocchi and a few Moroccan dishes today...here's the dessert (appears to be vermicelli, crushed almonds, raisins, cinnamon, and powdered sugar):

Spoo-meister - Your accessories, dazzling as they are (and they are dazzling, one and all), pale beside little Mlle Spoo-ette. I am also jealous that your waist suppression and Tom Ford's are the same - I once tried on one of his jackets - shoulders were fine, waist was such that corsets would need to return to fashion for me to wear it. Arghhhh.

Looking excellently verdant, HF.

And I liked your ensemble today as well - in clothes, you are a collagist, and today, the assemblage works.

UC has enough cool to make anything work, though the lapels on that suit jacket are too wide for my current taste. The boots definitely make a statement - not a look that many of us could pull off as successfully as UC. NDW, the shirt sleeves do appear too long, as you stated, though I think that the suit sleeves might be a shade short as well. Otherwise, a great fit - a most handsome suit.

It's Peter Millar, which I picked up at the brick-and-mortar On The Fly.

^ Thanks fellas. Suit is Vintage BB. Whenever there's a chance of showers in the Bay Area, the boots come on. These are some vintage pair with cotton lining, practically bulletproof, and look like regular captoes when standing. Just picked up some Alden cordovan captoe boots, my first pair of Aldens evar. I'd scoop up all of NYR's if I were his size For those interested, I use a variety of cameras. If you have a smaller digital, use the Portrait setting, which does a decent job of what a DSLR does. If you've got a DSLR: open the aperture all the way, which creates a shallow depth-of-field. Adjust the exposure/shutter speed accordingly. Or you can set it to Aperture Priority, which allows you to manually adjust the aperture & the camera makes the exposure/shutter speed automagically. Post production edits are courtesy of Aperture & onOne plugins (which also work for Photoshop).
