Thanks. I've been looking for a pair for a while, since I trashed some zippered ankle boots in the bad weather a couple of months ago. Found these in Zegna a couple of weeks back. They're actually my first pair of chukkas, and I see why people like them so much. The key is getting a pair that fit snugly, I think.

They've trained you well!
And thanks for playing"”I know you don't really like jeans and jackets.
The challenge should be a challenge, otherwise it's no fun! It's not my favourite look, but it's always interesting to experiment. Constraint can occasionally drive imagination, if deployed infrequently enough to not be irritating. So thank you for setting this week's theme!
That is one of my favorite Gunclubs. Evar. Plus, it's a great pic.

I like the tie quite a bit. Overall, it all feels a little too busy for me, esp. the top half.
I was tired last night, when I laid out today's attire (an incipient cold - a week before I'm supposed to get on a plane for Venice on vacation - ), and perhaps my sensibilities were short-circuited by clogged sinuses.
Glad that you like the tie, at least - Ferragamo (vintage early '90's, when I worked in midtown, and could be first in line when they had a sale).
