I should refrain from noting the inconsistency of your advice to me yesterday vs. your tie selection today, but I will agree with the others who have commented that the tie worked well with your SC and shirt. Perhaps it is my evil influence . . .

As for tie selection, I changed it due to the fact that I tend to contrast tie color with shirt color, and thought it might be interesting to see if I could wear a similar color tie with this shirt - just trying to break some habits as a learning experience. Po-tay-to, po-tah-to . . .
