Hey folks, long time reader first time poster here. I love the exciting styles everyone shows off!
Anyway we just had our winter formal dance here and they had a professional photographer taking photos, just got mine back (had to crop out my gf though but I assure you she is 10x better dressed than me lol)... decided to take the plunge and scan them and get some feedback

I'm trying to go for a more dressed up, "classy" look lately but still keep it fresh. I know, I know putting the tie outside the sweater is not really kosher, but I didn't want to look too stuffy.

Anyway just a really simple look I think, no expensive stuff yet cause I'm new to this. Everything is thrifted. So... I would love feedback from the style kings Please go easy on me.

1) I didn't comment on VGs hat because it actually fits him and doesn't make him look like a little boy trying to play dress up

I keep meaning to post more often but one thing or another gets in the way, no camera with me or bad weather or lack of time etc...I just put in that little bit more of an effort to post for the challenges though because its good fun and it takes my mind off of other sh*t at work, Friday nights are BUSY for me...it's good to have a distraction!

What I find stunning about this palette is that it's completely unexpected (it would have never crossed my mind to combine these colors and elements) and yet works extremely well.
