Looks good, but the jacket looks a bit too big. Jeans are bunching too.

Great shoes though, really really nice. Maker?

Thanks for the feedback guys. Yes - the suit has almost no shoulder padding, so its pretty much conforming to my body shape. Interestingly i almost always prefer the less structured/softer look (as you've probably all noticed) and so your feedback is definitely appreciated and something to think about.

The shoes are pebblegrain Barkers.

KTG - i did like the pants from the day before. That color of khaki is awesome. Nice texture on the Sammy also. Keep at it man.

SW&DBYNOBD

First a nice brisk morning stroll.

Back in the loft. Time for a break and fashion contemplation.

Lights and colours on.

(Thought I'd do something with designer label written all over it.)

You have the trinity NOBD ... awesome fit, awesome photography and awesome presentation. That NOBD tag on the pictures is ice cold. And before the light jeans haters trot out of the dug-out ... let me say i like it ... lol.

Well played man!!

I like the suit, but the shirt's too busy IMO.

I wouldn't beat yourself up about the previous day's look too much; clothes are meant to be fun, not a test to pass or fail. Yeah there are a few things to note, but overall, it's very presentable and natural. I agree that today's look is a bit cleaner though.

Yep, definitely looks tidy. Are those jeans really considered light though? They seem a mid-blue to me. The light jeans I don't like tend to have that really pale sky-blue colour. An offering to be sacrificed to the SW&D gods... Photos from yesterday, but I think that's allowed in this week's contest. Context is that I wasn't planning on doing much yesterday, but then got asked to do a bit of work in the afternoon so added a tie and waistcoat to my not-working sort of clothes... you can therefore consider this very much halfway between SW&D and MC. Sorry, I just can't do true proper casual/SW&D in any sort of interesting way and definitely no grimy industrial scenes; I'm just not "street" in any way. SW&D-style brand list: Zara, Topman, Tweedmill, Sartorial Executive, Polo, Diesel, RM Williams, Ede & Ravenscroft, and Bombay, Baroda & Central India Railways...

OK, as SW&D as I get....

I was going to do something more out there but remembered the contest was MC does SW&D not SW&D does SW&D. Wore this today when going out to the immigration office in Seoul:

Life on the mean (suburban) streets...

Of SW&D note:
Engineered Garments chambray shirt
Alden for LS shell jumper boots

Playing around with the photoeditor. I think it's more trouble than it's worth.

No fancy layering or accessories. Just enjoying a cooler, sunny P.R. Discovery holiday while working....
