I think it depends on multiple factors. Lighter grey suits are easier, wider spaced stripes, a pale coloured-stripe rather than white etc.

Thanks - I almost went for a mint-green OCDB.

I'm not a fan of jeans with a tie, but the top half looks good. Swap the jeans for chinos and it would be a winner for me.

but might as well represent the red whites and blues if I have to :

I'm not keen on the tie pattern (colour is fine), but that's nit-picking with what is otherwise a nice fit.

These last few pages were a bit disappointing.

I know, I know. Why haven't I posted anything yet? Other than I don't have a tripod or free time, I don't know.

This is quite jarring to the Americans, as today is a holiday!

Memorial Day with the family...still managed a 5 mile walk with them even with an encore of the damned sinus infection from a month ago. Not the best shot of her, but Mrs NYR was in it with me instead of behind the camera. JCrew Straw hat, linen shorts, cotton shirt...perfect for the temps and sun in NYC today.

This thread continues to remind me why my next shoe purchase needs to be suede. Well done all around!

You need one or two nice suede shoes to rock that wardrobe of yours. Your gray flannels will thank you!

Running uphill on wet leaves with your hands in your pockets is ill-advised. But nice Belstaff.
