All my adult life I've been a color harmonizer, which is why I've been trying lately to break into contrasts and complements. I recently saw a combo similar to this one on a TV personality and realized that I had the pieces to approximate it. Hope I pulled it off.

The slacks are gray, by the way, and the blazer is navy. This will probably be my last post in this thread until I find a way to get better color accuracy in my photos.

Not a good look man. Like someone said, a white or blue shirt would have made it passable. Maybe light pink. A shirt like that has two options ... Salvation Army ... or pull it off in a casual way (unstructured jacket, jeans and loafers). Its not a good shirt to dress up.

Congratulations. If I ever get there myself... I'll know I'm spending too much time on sf.

IST, I wonder if the shirt collar might have been helped by using a smaller tie knot? Maybe a PS with a bit more presence? I like a simple straight-edged PS on a darker colour; here, I think something bolder would work. Small points on a good 'fit which reminds me of Parker (maybe not the tie).
