imo, B. Nelson replacing the heel leather patch would have done the trick.
sockliner was leather, now it's "plastic". horses for courses, i guess.

OK - So looking back at the photos and it looks like that jacket was about 5 sizes too small.. but as I mentioned I just took a tumble down the stairs ( ) that hurt like a bitch and I was still pretty disheveled.
The jacket is an unlined 100% cashmere, so it is a little "sticky". Its actually not that tight, just must have got caught on the fabric. Below are some pics to help explain the actual fit, taken later in the day under vertically correct circumstances :
