UPDATE: Jantzen's most recent report was that it sent my order via 2-day express, two days ago. Alas. Apparently two-day express does not arrive in two days. No shirts yet.

jmatt,
One of my orders got lost. Once Amex started their investigation, i heard almost immediately from Ricky, who apologized for the screw-up and sent the order pronto.

i must commend you guys you are a lot braver than me! but i will post my experiment for you guys to pass judgement on it, i will also compare it them to my original HK shirt makers efforts

as i am pretty sure jantzen is not the only establishment in hongkong that provides good quality shirts at an even better price, perhaps it is time to search for other options. i am beginning to think that what we've got here is an establishment whose demand has surpassed the supply or whose logistics cannot handle spikes in orders. i am heading to hongkong soon, and i hope to find some other establishment that can be a good or hopefully better alternative.

I am suspicious that Jantzen sometimes makes up excuses for delays, but they have never failed to deliver (when they say they will, anyway). Did you say that you would call back after he has "checked the records"?

i have to give props where they're due: My shirts appear to have been shipped within hours of Maverick stopping by Jantzen for me. The shirts ARRIVED TODAY!!!!! Thanks Maverick! And - Thanks Jantzen!! When I got my shirts, I remembered why I use Jantzen. I may even take so,me pics after I wash and iron the shirts. Fabrics feel nice, look nice, and construction of course is great.

I have ordered from Jantzen for a while. Finally thought I had my measurements just right after a great deal of tweaking. Then I received my last order of four shirts. How could I go from so close to so far?

I requested that the armholes be reduced a touch and I ended up with larger armholes and shirts that look horrible when the collar is buttoned. I wrote Ricky but received no response.

If Jantzen works for you, great. I just cannot seem to get decent fitting shirts out of them. I think RTW may be a better option for me.

Jantzen is not the only game in town.

thats right HK really has i lot finding them online might not be as easy but a lot will do repeat mail order on both shirts and suits but if you have not had the initial HK shop contact with them then i might be a pain!
