I'm planning a trip to Europe in April and would like a recommendation for a quintessential Paris restaurant. I'm thinking of something along the lines of L'Ambroisie, Le Jules Verne, or Taillevent. Any suggestions based on experience in the past year or so? I'd like to keep the tab for two under ~$700, which isn't the easiest thing to do with the current exchange rate.
