How Long Do You Spend Doing Cv

Im a bit of a gym bunny i do 85% weights and 15% cv .What cv do you fellas do.And what benerfits do you find from diffrent cv work outs ?

I usually do about 15 minutes of treadmill with the last 5 minutes being a sprint, then move onto a 15 minute cross trainer (very high intensity), then a row, dependent on how I'm feeling it's usually either ten minutes as fast as possible or 2k as fast as I can go. Then a swim usually about 25 lengths of a 25m pool.

This is just like a maintanence cv training, when I'm in pre season, that all gets increased by about 50%, also I train twice a week, usually high intensity cv circuit training.

I'm almost flipped.

Workout every other day. About 30 minutes of weights and about 80-90 minutes on the Arc-Trainer.

I assume cardiovascular, but I'm not entirely sure myself.

I've recently discovered the fun (and pain) of stairs. I'll say my ratio is 70% weights, 25% cardio and 5% stretching or so.
