Need a new after dinner drink

After the celebratory holiday season, I've decided I need a new digestif.
My longstanding favorites have always been Armagnac, Calvados, sometimes a Port ....
I'm welcoming all suggestions.

Cheers

Mint juleps. Not just for summer anymore.

Amarula is great for a dessert drink. I've had it neat, in coffee, and in a cream-based cocktail, and all were quite good.

This is along the correct path ... it's not that I don't wish a mixed cocktail à la Rusty Nail, it's just that I'm hoping to stumble across a fantastic new taste ... much like the Calvados or Armagnac which were introduced by friends.
Thanks for the suggestions thus far and please, keep them coming!!

Amaro -- it is Italian and mostly made from herbs and roots that are known to aid in digestion. If you've never tried it before I would recommend Amaro Montenegro to start, comparted to a typical amaro it is not quite as bitter, and the flavor is a bit more interesting and complex. http://www.montenegro.it/eng/homepage.htm

I like to sip on a nice blanca tequila after a big meal. It warms my stomach.

I also like this Pear Liquor from J Vineyards & Winery. But not too much.

if you drink amaro there is only one worth drinking amaro del capo produced in in vibo. all the other are garbage.http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...I4q1tgf9-YXYDA

I have tried Montenegro, and found it OK. Averna make a great amaro (http://www.averna.it/en/index.htm). Lemon wedge, rocks.

I do Sambuca - shaken vigorously. Also enjoy a sazerac occasionally, where they have the Absenthe to make it.

If you want a mixed drink, go for a stinger.
