In the muscle itself?

Can be a lot of things from withdrawal symptoms to general neuralgia. Is your urine brown? How long has this been going on..?

couple of weeks. urine is clear, no issues there. seems to be relegated to biceps and pecs.

Its odd because there is no fatigue at play. I can train the muscles but they remain blown up for days on end

so, I just did chest and came home and have heart attack level muscle pain. no fatigue in the muscle, i could have done more but serious ******* muscle pain. am getting concerned, doc tomorrow I think.
