Should I shave it off, or should I keep it??

Hello Styleforum community

Tomorrow morning I will be attending a model search/casting and I wanted to know what in the world I should do with my facial hair. My mother and aunt think that I should shave it all off and go with the clean look, however I think a shape up along with a buzz cut will do me just fine. Any help or comment is appreciated guys

Impossible to say without a photo, but for every 10 guys who think they look better with facial hair, 9 don't.

Depends on what the audition is for too. I mean facial hair might get you an edge if the product or whatever is supposed to appear more "rugged" like a truck or some new magazine about Bears or something.

if its for a porn shoot, keep the facial hair. otherwise, shave.

go to the mirror-if you can see alot of skin through your beard -its usually not much of a beard.

Yeah, I don't have any good pictures and the one's I do are of me when I last shaved, around November. I'm 17 though, so my facial hair hasn't gained the ability of growing fast.

The auditions are for company ad's as far as I know. This agency works with Gap, Nordstrom and others. I have the rugged appearance, but the beard now is lined up. I was going with a buzz cut, so I would either smooth the thickness of it out, or just cut it off completely.

If the agency is selling doing pics for Nordstrom they are gonna want clean shaven.

I don't know, I would could definitely be swayed towards buying expensive underwear if the model had a Leonidas beard. How phallic.

I was told yesterday that I look good with a five o'clock shadow, but scruffy come six.
